Scheduled power service interruption in San Antonio today

The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. would like to inform the general public of a scheduled power service interruption today in San Antonio, as CUC continues its ongoing system maintenance. Scheduled power service interruptions may be subject to change either on the day of or prior to, considering potential issues or weather-related factors.

The power service interruption will be from 1pm to 3pm and no water wells, wastewater facilities, and traffic lights will be affected.

The purpose of the power service interruption is to allow CUC linemen to install a double dead-end structure on a power pole to minimize the affected areas during a power service interruption.
