One of the most romantic days of the year is around the corner and Hyatt Regency Saipan has prepared something special for you and your loved one. The evening will stage a unique five-course dinner on Valentine’s Day, Wednesday, Feb. 14 from 6pm onwards.
Hyatt’s new executive chef Christopher Adams and his culinary team vow to impress with an elegant night full of flavors, excitement, and love to support that this Valentine’s Day will be memorable.
The five-course dinner starts with a complimentary glass of wine and features a gastronomical journey from hors d’oeuvres, soup, appetizers, main entrées, to desserts. This special dinner will also highlights Adams’ own signature version of charakilis, a popular Saipan recipe.
Giovanni’s special five-course Valentine’s Day dinner is accompanied by live performance from violinist Arron Chasteen at $85 per person and $75 for Club at the Hyatt members.
