Ferrer perfect in Mini II Class

T.J. Ferrer ruled anew the Mini II Class of last Sunday’s the 2024 “MOTO IV” April Points Race Series at the Cowtown Race Park.

The 13-year-old Tanapag Middle School student won both heats of the Marianas Racing Association race for a perfect 50 points. Calix Cruz was the only other rider in the division and wound up with 44 points.

“The course was awesome! Although it was sandy and rough I like those conditions pretty well. I’m dedicating my win to my dad, mom, sister, and my friends who are always supporting me. I would also like to thank my dad, uncle Champi [Villacanas] for my goggles and Papa Jesus for always guiding and protecting me during my races,” said Ferrer.

In the PW ATV Class, Ayven Sablan was all by his lonesome and took the checkered flag with 50 points,

Nakao Torres ruled the Mini ATV with 47 points with Payton Pangelinan second with 25 points. Over in the Power Puff Girls Class, Miyako Celis, Kesiil Camacho, and Hiromi Sasamoto finished 1-2-3 with 50 points, 44 points, and 40 points, respectively.

In the Big Boy ATV, Greg Clark was without compare with a perfect 50 points, followed by the 44 points of Henry Camacho Sr.

Christian Camacho then nipped Matthew Guerrero in the Novice Class after both up-and-coming riders wound up with 47 points apiece. The former, however, won after topping the second heat.

In the Intermediate Class, Aric Cruz ruled the roost with also a big 5-0 with Vicente Palacios, this time, settling for with 44 points. Henry Camacho Jr. was third with 38 points.
