The Oleai Cultural Events Center Development Project is overseen by the CNMI Office of Planning and Development and funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. Additionally, OPD manages the Oleai Sports Complex Project under the same EDA funding. The total EDA funding for these Oleai projects amounts to $21.2 million. (PR)
