Bautista, Tolentino receive Camacho Scholarships
The Felix M. and Governor Carlos G. Camacho Scholarship Foundation awarded Ayda V. Bautista and Renz Radneil Tolentino $1,500 each for this academic year 2024-2025. The Scholarship Foundation has been a longstanding, generous partner of Guam Community College, helping business students focus on their education without the financial burden of tuition costs.
The Foundation’s mission is to support students pursuing degrees in Business Administration at GCC, with a commitment to nurturing future leaders in the island community.
To qualify, applicants must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled full-time, and pursue studies in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or Supervision and Management. Special consideration is given to first-generation college students.
Bautista is working toward her Associate of Science in Liberal Studies Business Track and is expected to complete in December 2025. Tolentino is double majoring for an Associate of Science in Accounting and Associate of Science Marketing, he will complete in May 2026. (PR)
