Applicants must address at least one of the following objectives:
Governance and Planning: Develop or improve state cybersecurity plans.

Workforce Training: Train personnel in cybersecurity practices.
FUNDING ALLOCATION
Minimum Allocations
States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico: $3.047 million each.
American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands: $761,916 each.
Additional funds are allocated based on population size.
Performance Period: Feb. 1, 2025 — Jan. 31, 2029

Cost share requirements
