The TEAM and TSA (Toyota Service Advisor) training systems were initiated at Microl in 1991. They are both multifaceted programs, taking several years to complete. The TEAM system is aimed at advancing the technical skill levels of Toyota Technicians. The TSA system focuses on clerical, managerial, customer and basic technical skills for Toyota Service Advisors.
