Hyatt has new assistant F&B director

Malcolm Osmond is the new food and beverage assistant director of Hyatt Regency Saipan.

Omond will be responsible for ensuring efficient and successful operation of all food and beverage departments at the hotel, according to Hyatt’s general manager Mustafa Issa.

Osmond began his career with Hyatt Hotels & Resort in 1993 with Hyatt Regency Sydney where he held a number of positions in F&B divisions before moving to Japan to join Hyatt Fukuoka in 1996.

A native of Australia, Omond is a graduate of Australian National University with a degree in Economics and Asian Studies.
