For the 11th year, the Red Cross will be holding its Club 200 Dinner/Raffle fundraising event on Labor Day weekend. The event will be held at the poolside of the Hyatt Regency Saipan on Saturday, September 4, 1999.

“We are proud to be able to continue to have this event, which not only allows the community to continue to support the work of the Red Cross, but also allows the Red Cross to be able to continue its vital community services through the funds raised at the event,” said Club 200 Committee Vice-Chair Tracy Guerrero.

The Club 200 is organized so that ticket-buyers have high odds of winning. According to executive director Cassandra Ely, there are usually around 900 to 1,000 tickets sold and over 30 prizes at stake.

Grand prize is $25,000.00 cash, two vehicles, $10,000.00 cash, $5,000.00 cash, gift certificate worth $2,500 from Microl Corporation and many other prizes including off-island trips, appliances, and quality merchandise.

Aside from the raffle, the Red Cross is also planning a wonderful evening with a theme “Pirates of the Pacific”. The poolside of Hyatt Regency Saipan will be transformed into a pirate and treasure wonderland with food, fun and prime entertainment.

Tickets are $200 per couple and entitle the ticket buyer one entry to the raffle.
