The Emergency Management Office would like to inform the general public that the upper level low (weak disturbance at the upper atmosphere) is breaking up its organization but is still producing cloudiness, showers and thunderstorm activities over the islands.

Islands to the north are experiencing heavier showers, and decreasing cloudiness and showers by afternoon. Winds will remain light throughout the forecast period with the exception of gustiness within heavier showers. This activity will start weakening in a couple of days with winds back to normal.

Due to heavy rain showers, motorist are strongly advised to slow down and exercise caution while driving on the roads.

People living in low-lying areas are also requested to take precautions for possible flooding.
