Recommendations to U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources:
- improve local immigration system with the assistance of and in coordination with the federal immigration system
– improve local immigration system with the assistance of and in coordination with the federal immigration system
– require INS to assist the CNMI in developing an effective, local immigration system
– require other federal agencies in charge with enforcement of federal laws in the CNMI to actively enforce such laws in tandem with Commonwealth laws
