Burglaries and Theft
• Ming Jin Yin reported that someone broke into her apartment and stole her television set and VCR between 12:01 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. Report did not indicate where the incident took place.
• Alexander Belen Matundan informed the police that her house was burglarized at around 7:25 a.m. and 4:35 p.m. The complainant said he lost two television sets, a Nintendo play stations, a compact disc player and three game cartridges. The report did not indicate where the incident took place.
• Six Japanese dive customers of the Marianas Sports Club reported that they lost cash, electronics and clothes at Obyan Beach between 4:40 p.m. and 5:40 p.m.
Arrests
• 12 and 13-year-old boys at 11:31 a.m. for possession of a controlled substance. They were transported to the Juvenile detention.
• Christopher Aldan Sablan, 18, at 1:16 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance.
• Hwang Sung Kim, 42, at 10:41 p.m. for disturbing the peace, obstructing justice and resisting arrest.

Burglaries and Theft
• Xian Shi Piao reported that her car was burglarized. The report did not indicate where the incident took place.
• Ruriko Shihonara reported that her car was burglarized at Ladder Beach at around 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Unidentified suspect(s) took her wallet containing several identification cards and $200.
Arrests
• Jerry Blazo Mallorca, 44, at 2:40 a.m. for speeding, reckless driving, and DUI.
• Francis Francisco, 28, at 10:21 p.m. for disturbing the peace.
• Patrick Espina Seman, 30, for disturbing the peace and assault with a dangerous weapon. Report did not indicate time of arrest.

Burglaries and Theft
• Unidentified suspects broke into the premises of Samsung Corporation and stole the cash register at around 2:45 a.m.
• Armando Mangligot Materum reported that his car was burglarized. CD player, equalizer, boombox, pouch and cash were stolen from his car at around 7:41 p.m. Report did not indicate where the incident took place.
• Joann Deleon Guerrero reported that her car was burglarized. Report did not provide any other details.
• Two Japanese divers, Kaoru Kondo and Tadashi Kondo, who are customers of S2 Dive Shop complained that they lost personal belongings in Obyan Beach at around 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Arrests
• Atten Aguino Remaree, 19, 6:12 p.m. for burglary and theft.
• Daylong Lee, 37, 9:46 p.m. for stealing three pairs of sunglasses at DFS.
