14th Shikogakuen Mission on Saipan

The Shikogakuen Mission is arriving on Saipan with 70 participants joining the 14th memorial trip to pray for world peace and the unfortunate victims of war in front of the monument at Banzai Cliff.

At around 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 27, 1999, a memorial service will be in the memorial, following a traditional Japanese tea ceremony and the ikebana flower arrangement demonstration at 3:00 p.m. the same day at the garden of Hafadai Beach Hotel.

Over 3,300 people from Japan have joined the memorial trip on Saipan since the mission started.
