In an effort to maintain a drug-free working environment, PDI continues to educate their employees through workshops provided by the Department of Public Health Division of Mental Health under Gloria Cabrera, Substance Abuse Program manager, last Nov. 18.

The workshop was properly instituted to educate and meet the federal regulation of the United States Coast Guard against drug abuse while working and operating equipment.

PDI employees and section managers who were involved in making the workshop a successful event are the boat captains, boat crew, divers, marine park staff, and the tour operation staff along with the pre-checking.

Mario Espelata, administrative manager of PDI, who spearheaded the workshop under PDI, promises to continue to work with Department of Public Health and the United States Coast Guard in providing seminars for a safe, sober and drug-free place for Pacific Development Inc.
