A Filipino waiter at Barny’s Pizza and Pasta House has accused his employer of sexual battery in a civil suit filed before the U.S. District Court.

Employee Enrique B. Bayun said Barny’s Pizza manager Bruno Alvarez made sexual advances as he tried to touch and kiss him during working hours or in the employee’s staff house.

Mr. Bayun and his co-worker Francisco C. Saga also charged Mr. Alvarez and Jimmy Ham, president of the company, of nonpayment of overtime and other benefits.

Both Mr. Bayun and Mr. Saga claimed their employers have made illegal deductions from their salaries including insurance coverage and contract renewal and transportation costs.

They are asking the Court to order their employers to pay their unpaid wages and overtime as well as reimburse the alleged illegal deductions.
