The American Red Cross is proud to welcome First Hawaiian Bank as a supporter of the Club 200-2000 event.

“Because the American Red Cross is not a government agency, we depend on the generosity of businesses and individuals in the Commonwealth to raise all of the funds to provide the local services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” said event chair Monica Perez.

According to Ms. Perez, the Club 200 event raises 60 percent of the budget for the NMI Chapter and all of the funds raised stay in the Commonwealth to provide services.

The 12th Annual Club 200 event will be held on Sept. 2, 2000 at the Hyatt Regency, Saipan.
Donations from the businesses aid in supporting the prizes for the event, which include $25,000 cash, a 2000 Toyota Camry, a 2000 Nissan Frontier, $10,000 cash, $5,000 cash, and many, many more prizes valued at over $100,000.

Tickets are on sale now. Tickets may be purchased by credit card at MITA Travel, Pacific Gardenia Hotel or the American Red Cross office. There are also posters located throughout the island indicating the names and phone numbers of volunteers selling tickets for the Red Cross.

For more information on purchasing a ticket or becoming a sponsor for the event, call the Red Cross office at 234-3459.
