Arts Council holds penny drive today
The CNMI Delegation to the Pacific Festival of Arts and Culture will conduct a penny drive today at the CHC, Chinatown and Microl intersections.
Any funds collected from this project will be used for the artists’ participation in New Caledonia this October.
