Mysterious flat tires

Police filed criminal mischief charge before the Superior Court against Bonifacio Jesus Kapileo, 43, after he punctured the car tires of his neighbor in Finasisu Apartments.

Based on the police report, Mr. Kapileo was seen at around 5:16 am on Sept. 28, 2000 at the parking lot by another resident Seiji Fujinaka who heard a loud noise coming from the cars.

Mr. Fujinaka immediately informed the owner of the car Mrs. Elena Delos Santos that the tires of their vehicles have been punctured. It turned out that the suspect, Mr. Kapileo has been issued a stay away order by the court to keep a certain distance from the victim’s family.
