St. Jude Thaddeus golf tournament a success
The annual Saint Jude Thaddeus Goodwill Golf Tournament was held on Saturday, October 28, 2000 with great success. A total of 52 golf enthusiasts participated in this year’s tournament.
Immediately after the tournament, the awards banquet was held at the Coral Ocean Point Resort Club Pool Side at which time winners were announced.
Present at the banquet were Bishop Tomas A. Camacho and Fr. Joseph E. Billotti, the pastor for St. Jude Church. The Saint Jude Fundraising Committee was headed by J.M. Guerrero, and the golf tournament was coordinated by the Amigos Golf Club.
The Committee extends its appreciation to those golfers and individuals who assisted throughout the tournament. Special thanks are also extended to all donors of prizes. Proceeds will go to the construction of Saint Jude Church Renovation.
