Hyatt lauds employees

The Hyatt Regency Saipan marked its 20th Annual Service Awards and Anniversary celebration Friday by honoring its loyal employees in a ceremony held at the Gilligan’s Entertainment Center.

General manager Mustafa Issa and Director of Human Resources Josephine Mesta led the Hyatt management in the presentation of awards.

After they joined Hyatt’s operations, Delphin Florendo, Hinami Tarkong, and Evelyn Vida were commended for their enduring service with the prestigious five-star hotel. During the ceremony dedicated to them, each of the awardee delivered a brief speech that touched on their most cherished Hyatt experiences during the last 20 years.

An Ning Huang, Rudy Del Rosario, Noel Bonachita, and Alexander Castillo were also lauded for a good 15 years they have spent working for Hyatt.

Awards and recognition were also handed out to Cornelio Viernes, Mary Jean Dacanay, Nenita Kaiser, Virgilio Villacorta, Rodolfo Salvador, Carol Capati, Jerry Tila, Keren Miers, Andrew Sablan, and Annie Salvador for their 10-year stint as Hyatt employees.

Hyatt employees Somrat Arurang, Anna Mettao, Mark Kitalong, Jowakim Hetiback, Mary Eileen Cepeda, Wen Li Xu, Vimalendu S. Das, Brenda Villagomez, and Ernesto Lat were also recipients of the service awards.

Also celebrating their second year with the Hyatt family were Abdul Hameed Hussain, Mohamed Nihar, Mohamed Shukrie, Lal Galabada, Bi Rui Huang, Ceferino Bucao, Roman Rodriguez, Nizam Omar, Burhanuddin, Mohamed Shariful Alam, Raul Alvaro, Agapito Reloj, Mel Taitano, June Borja, Julia Johanes, Michael Tokyo, Janthra Brobesong, Lawrence Reiong, Kaori Akamatsu, and William Cepeda.
