PIC's December Employees of the Month
Pacific Islands Club Saipan recognizes and congratulates Noriko Nishimura and Teresa Rodriguez as outstanding employees for the month of December.
Noriko Nishimura has been with PIC since June 1999 and works in the Guest Relations department. Noriko is well known for her friendliness and outstanding smile with guests and staff. Not only does she work with Guest Relations, but she has also taken on the responsibility of teaching Japanese to other staff members. Her contributions to PIC do not go unrecognized.
Teresa Rodriguez is the other outstanding employee for the heart of the house. She first came to PIC in March 2000 as a Clubmate in the Sports, Entertainment and Activities (SEA) department. Now, she works as administrative assistant for the Food & Beverage department. A day does not go by without seeing a friendly smile on her face as she is very helpful and goes beyond her call of duty.
PIC’s Supervisor and Manager of the Quarter
Pacific Islands Club Saipan is pleased to recognize Tony Gentry as Supervisor of the Quarter and Brad Cohn as Manager of the Quarter.
Tony Gentry has just completed one year of loyal service to PIC. As training supervisor for the Sports, Entertainment and Activities (SEA) department for nine months, Tony is in charge of organizing and training the new Clubmates along with other responsibilities. He is known for his hard work and outgoing personality.
According to Mistiza Colebank, a fellow co-worker, “Tony is someone I try to model myself after because of his dedication and work ethic. There is never a dull moment when dealing with him. Tony is great to work with and creates a fun, safe working environment.”
The Manager of the Quarter is Brad Cohn. Brad joined the PIC team in June 1999 as the Guest Services manager. Brad continues to make significant contributions to not only his department but other departments as well. His willingness to go the extra mile does not go unrecognized. Brad is friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. His good nature and continuous commitment to PIC are what make him an exceptional manager and an all star member of the PIC team.
