A 25-year-old Caucasian who works as a teacher in a private school in Saipan was raped by a 17-year-old local boy in the early morning of Dec. 16, 2000.

Police said the suspect broke into the victim’s house in Tanapag and threatened to kill her. The suspect then forced her to perform oral copulation and raped her.

According to the police report, the victim was able to identify the suspect in a photo lineup. The victim was brought to the Commonwealth Health Center for examination. (LFR)

A local man turned himself in to the police after he was advised by his wife that surrendering to the authorities was the right thing to do.

Jimmy Joseph Wabolimas, 23, confessed that he committed sexual abuse of a child in the early part of December. He is now detained at the Division of Corrections.
