13 Tinian residents charged

The Attorney General’s Office filed two separate cases against 13 Tinian residents in connection with conspiracy to slaughter cattle.

Named respondents in one of the complaints were Alex San Nicolas, Herman P. Aldan, Jesus P. San Nicolas, Franklin Borja Mundo and Edwin Cabrera.

According to the information, the five accused shot the cattle on Feb. 25, 1999. The conspiracy to promote the slaughtering of cattle was allegedly committed on March 1, 1999.

In another complaint, named respondents were Richard Orinogo Castro, Roque Castro, Rommel G. Senga, Victor Babauta Castro, Vilma Mejia Castro, Jesse R. Babauta, Jesse Castro and Peter Paul Castro Camacho.

They were also accused of unlawful use of firearm and criminal mischief. (LFR)
