Man sued for burglary

The government has filed legal complaints against a 32-year-old man, who is under suspicion for breaking into a Saipan-based business establishment last May 19, 2000.

The charges leveled against Tanapag resident Swingly Olsudong include one count of attempted burglary, one count of criminal mischief and another count for disturbing the peace.

The defendant is being accused of breaking a window and screen that was attached to CC Enterprises occupied by Edith D. Niric and Gabriel C. Castro on May 19 of last year.

Mr. Olsudong is also charged of criminal mischief on allegations that he intentionally damaged the establishment’s property worth at least $250.

The case has been filed at the Superior Court. The defendant has been summoned to face the charges on May 14, 2001 at 9am. (MM)
