Saipanese elected SGA senator

Mercer University student Kioshi C. Cody of Saipan was elected Senator-At-Larger of the Student Government Association for the 2001-2002 academic year.

Mr. Cody, currently a junior majoring in management and marketing, was elected by the student body to serve the one-year term. Cody is a member of the Student Union Activities Board, Delta Sigma Pi, Army ROTC and the Dean’s Advisory Group.

He is also a member of the Student Admissions Team and the Special Events Team. He is the son of Richard and Arcelia Cody of Saipan.

Founded in 1833, Mercer is a 7,400-student, comprehensive, Baptist-affiliated university offering undergraduate degrees through the College of Liberal Arts, the Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics, the School of Education, the School of Engineering, the Walter F. George School of Law, the School of Medicine, the Georgia Baptist College of Nursing, the Southern School of Pharmacy and the James and Carolyn McAfee School of Theology.
