Taekwondo camp this summer
The Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium Taekwondo Club will be hosting a Taekwondo Summer Camp this June and July.
The Taekwondo Summer Camp is an introductory course for martial arts beginners. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm until 6pm starting June 1 and will end July 29. For more information, contact master Ron Loctao at 288-5128.
CFL Pepsi Chiefs set meeting
The Pepsi Chiefs of the Commonwealth Football League will be holding a team meeting Thursday, June 3, on the beach behind the Aquarius Beach Tower at 6pm in Chalan Kanoa. The newest team of gridiron warriors will have their first practice on Monday, June 7.

Marianas Softball Cup comes back
The 2nd Annual Miller Lite Marianas Softball Cup kicks off on June 4 with teams slugging it our for the $500 first-place cash prize and the honor of representing the Saipan in the final tournament featuring champion teams from Guam, Tinian and Rota.
The teams will be limited to a maximum of 15 players and a female must be on the field at all times in the modified coed tourney.
In addition, there will also be a tournament meeting next Tuesday, June 1, to be held in the conference room of the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.

Summer Camp returns to Hyatt
Camp Hyatt returns this June 7 and will be offering children from ages 4 to 12 years old tons of fun and enjoyment for the following nine weeks of summer.
Camp will run every week Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm daily with extended care available from 3pm to 5pm for an additional $5 an hour. Prices for camp this summer are $30 for one day, $100 for one week, or $175 for one session
This price includes lunch but kids are encouraged to bring snacks from home. Some daily activities are swimming, a variety of sports and games, and arts and crafts.

Swim lessons up
The Saipan Swim Club will once again attempt to make swimmers of land-lovers.
Starting on June 7 through 18, the SSC will conduct swim lessons from 7:30am to 8:30am at the Kan Pacific Swimming Pool in Marpi.
