Saipan Disaster Recovery Center to open tomorrow

The Saipan Disaster Recovery Center will open tomorrow, Sept. 3, at the Gov. Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center. Commonwealth and federal officials will be available at the center to provide information and registration assistance to residents who may need help in recovering from the damage of Supertyphoon Chaba. Loan officers from the Small Business Association will also be on hand to issue loan applications to those who have teleregistered.

Tinian, Rota Disaster Recovery Centers to open Sunday

The Tinian and Rota Disaster Recovery Centers will be open on Sunday, Sept. 5, at the Tinian Youth Center and the Rota Public Library. Commonwealth and federal officials will be available at the center to provide information and registration assistance to residents who may need help in recovering from the damage of Supertyphoon Chaba. Loan officers from the Small Business Association will also be on hand to issue loan applications to those who have teleregistered .

Saipan Typhoon Relief Center now open

The Saipan Typhoon Relief Center is now open at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library. The center will be open until 8pm tonight, and will be open daily from 8am to 8pm until further notice.

Individuals, as a result of damages from Supertyphoon Chaba, who are in need of tents, tent kits, blankets, cots, and tarps may proceed to the Relief Center for such items.
