Marianas Pacific Distributors Inc. is bringing to Saipan eight artists from Guam to perform in Budweiser’s “One Night Stand,” which will be held tomorrow at the Dai Ichi Hotel’s Hibiscus Hall at 9:30pm.

Known for performing a wide range of music, the Secret Sauce Band will be rocking the Hibiscus Hall with mainstream rhythm and blues, hip-hop, alternative, and jazz.

“This band is not a typical band that plays out of Guam,” said Marpac promotion coordinator Nathan Sablan. “The members are actually from various Guam bands coming together to perform for Budweiser’s “One Night Stand” event on Saipan only.”

Vincent Mesa, Jude Cruz, Jennifer Advincula, Patrick Palomo, Micheal Hartendorp, Raul Garrido, Steve Scott, and Christopher Tydingco will be together on stage for a one-night performance. The band members are originally from various bands, including Prominence, D.U.B., Renaissance, Soul Vibration, Fried Bananas and Baked.

Jojo Camacho and Rico will be spinning the discs to the latest club jams. The event will also include audience performance in the frozen T-shirt contest and Break the Bank game.

Marpac will have on hand $300 cash prize and Budweiser merchandise for the winners.

With an entrance fee of $5, Budweiser will include one complimentary Bud Family beer.

“The first 50 guests will receive a premium Bud giveaway and Bud Family will be on special for $2 all night long,” said Sablan.

Budweiser’s “One Night Stand” is sponsored by Dai-Ichi Hotel, Budget Rent-a-Car, Aquarius Beach Tower, and Shirley’s Coffee Shop. (Cassie DLG Fejeran)
