Saipan will be filled with the sights and sounds of spooky children tomorrow night, while the youngsters roam from house to house, collecting tricks and treats from neighbors and family. For the little ghouls and goblins whom are seeking a little more excitement on this All Hallows’ Eve, the Hyatt Regency Saipan is having a Carnival for kids ages 3-12 on Halloween, at 5:30 -7:30pm.

Camp Hyatt supervisor Megan Kenny said there will be carnival booths, games, activities, an assortment of snack foods, and chances for the kids to win some great prizes.

There will also be a costume contest for the kids, with the grand prize a free week of Christmas Camp for best costume. Parents can drop the mini-Power Rangers and Pokemon off or join in on the fun.

There will be specials in the restaurants, so the grown-ups can drop off the kids, eat dinner and come back and pick them up. One of the specials is a Mummy Returns-themed dinner buffet at the Kili Café for only $35.

The fee for the haunted carnival is $15, but any child who has dinner at the buffet with their parents will receive free admittance into the carnival. Parents can sign up at the Club Elan reception desk or by calling 234-1234 ext. 25.
