The CNMI’s own community concert band will be performing a Halloween concert this Sunday afternoon, Oct. 31, at the Kagman Elementary School.

Known as the Saipan Pacific Winds, this 30-piece ensemble is set to play for the general public in their first concert of the season.

The show will feature family-friendly music from familiar movie soundtracks such as Shrek, Spider-Man, and several Disney Films. Also on the playlist are selections by Enya, Sarah McLaughlin, and Barry Manilow.

The show starts at 4pm in the Kagman Elementary School cafeteria and will also feature Saipan’s only high school concert band from Southern High School under the direction of William DeWitt.

All are invited to be a part of the fun as the concert admission is free to all. After the show, a Halloween festival organized by the Kagman Elementary School will be held at the school’s grounds.

The school’s Parents-Teachers Asscociation will offer entertainment, refreshments, games, and more family fun on the campus.
