Sister Remedios school registration set

Registration at the Sister Remedios Early Childhood Development Center School for the coming school year 2005-2006 is now open and ongoing.

If you are interested in enrolling your child, you can stop by the school and pick up the application form and all the pertinent information you will need.

April 29—4th Quarter Mid-Progress Report

KES schedule of events

April 29—Parent/Community Participation Day from 8am-12:15pm. This will be a fun-filled day for the children as parents and community agencies from around the island will be at the school doing presentations. If you are interested in participating and have not signed up yet, call the school at 664-3961 and ask for Mrs. Dela Cruz.

Dandan Elementary’s April-May events

Dandan Elementary School events and activities in April and May include:

April 25-29—DES Young Authors/Book Fair Event, Principal’s Institute

April 30—Chacha Junior High, NHS Academic Challenge Bee for all elementary students.

May 1-30—Standards-based Assessment for all K-3rd grade students

May 6—DES Science Fair

May 10—Last PTA meeting at 6pm for school year 2004-05

May 27—Special award ceremony for all 6th graders

May 28—DES Cultural Day King & Queen Fundraising event.

May 31—Farewell/Promotional Ceremony for all 6th grade students

June 3—End of school year. Last day of instruction.

June 6-10—Last day for all DES Staff/Inventory/In-Service Training.

KagES registration schedule

Kagman Elementary School has started registering children for grades Kindergarten to 5th for school year 2005-2006. Registration will end on April 29, 2005 from 9am to 4pm daily.

Kagman Elementary will register children from the following areas only: Kagman I, II, III, Upper Papago (Botanical Garden to Kagman), Agag, and As Teo.

For Kindergarten students, the child must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 31. For 1st grade students, the child must be 6 years old on or before Aug. 31.

The following documents must submitted for your child(ren) to be enrolled:
* Official Registration Form
* Birth Certificate
* CHC Health Certificate (original)
* Transcript/Report Card/Withdrawal from exiting school
* Entry Permit, if not a U.S. citizen
* Affidavit of Guardianship/Power of Attorney (if applicable)
* Map of residence
* Health Insurance policy

All students registering must have complete documents submitted on or before the end of the designated registration dates. Incomplete documents will not be accepted.

Registration for SY 05-06 has begun and will end on April 29, 2005.

* April 27 4th Qtr. Mid-Progress Report due to parents.
