“It’s going to be the most fun eight weeks of the summer,” said Club Elan Spa/Recreation manager Faheem Ebrahim.

The summer of activities gets underway in two weeks as the Camp opens with the Sports Affair on Monday, June 13, through Friday, June 24, where the children will ran about participate in sports from all over the globe.

During the two-week session, the children will participate in a number of athletic events to include kickball, baseball, basketball, tennis lessons, swimming lessons, beach soccer, tag rugby, as well as informative sessions: Learning about Competition and Preparation for Competition.

Sports Affair is only the first of four sessions offered by Camp Hyatt, and in addition to all of the activities, the campers will also take field trips to the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium and Managaha Island.

The program will continue the following Monday, June 27, and will continue through Friday, Aug. 5, when the Camp Hyatt staff will cover a variety of topics during the additional sessions: Performing Arts, An Island Adventure, and Career Camp.
