Ada is MVA’s Employee of the Quarter

The Marianas Visitors Authority has named David V. Ada Jr. as its Employee of the Quarter awardee.

Ada has been with the MVA for 10 years as a Statistics Technician for the Research division.

As the employee of the quarter, Ada received a plaque and $100.

“Dave always had initiative when it came to improving data collection and ensured quality and accuracy,” said MVA research manager Judy Torres. “He always accepts additional responsibilities with a positive attitude and completes his tasks in a timely and professional manner.”

In addition to his daily duties and responsibilities, Ada has also assisted other divisions with special projects and events. He helped with the annual Ayuda Fun Run and the Taste of the Marianas events during Tourism Month as well as greeted incoming groups at the airport as part of the See My Marianas group campaigns.

Additionally, he also received two awards with MVA as the recipient of the MVA Fun Fitness Award.

MVA has always established an incentive for individual motivation towards providing quality service, increasing productivity, job knowledge and skills. MVA’s recognition program is designed to recognize outstanding performance and employee’s contribution towards meeting MVA’s goals and objectives. (PR)
