Sixers II used a more balanced attack in the second with the same results, as coach Ray Duenas’ senior developmental team had eight points spread out on four players but still led, 24-12, at the break.

The stats quo was more or less maintained in the third period with Sixers II pumping in nine points and their sister team eight as the latter took a 35-20 advantage heading into the payoff period.

Nevin Salem tried his best to rally Sixers III in the final eight minutes, raining in six points but to no avail.

Sambile paced Sixers II with his aforementioned 10 points, while Joshua Duenas added eight. Eddie Demi had a dozen to pace Sixers III, which absorbed its sixth loss in the same number of games.
