16 to vie for bodybuilding honors
Thirteen male and three female will vie for the top honors in the four categories offered in the inaugural Marianas Muscle Bodybuilding Competition, set at 3pm this Saturday at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-purpose Center in Susupe.
The senior men’s and women’s bodybuilding and physique, and junior men’s and women’s bodybuilding and physique are the titles to be contested.
The juniors must be 15 to 17 years old. Trophies will be presented to the winners in each division.
Organizers are requiring all participants to be at the multi-purpose center on or before 1:30pm.
Those who are interested to join have until 5pm today to register. Entry forms are available at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium office in Oleai.
The tournament, organized by the Commonwealth Bodybuilding Federation, is only open to amateur bodybuilders and the contest will follow International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness rules.
