‘Ice’ re-invades pearly isles

It is rather alarming to learn that methamphetamine hydrochloride otherwise known as "ice" or "shabu" has re-invaded these isles over the last year or so. How this drug returned in resurgent fashion and peddled by "dealers" is most troubling.
