U.S. judge throws out Marcos lawsuit

A federal judge said he will throw out a $150 million settlement of a lawsuit filed by victims of human rights abuses under former Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos unless the late dictator's estate comes up with the money plus interest within four months.

Saipan Radio Theater will be presenting Hour long Christmas Programming beginning Tuesday, Dec. 5th. at 7:30 p.m. This will be followed by half hour Christmas program on The Novel Hour which will begin at 8:30 p.m. "Saipan Radio Theater" will be repeated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
