Clamor to repeal 3-yr. limit grows

Stearns, Mccullough win Laguna Regatta

The Saipan team of Tony Stearns and Janet McCullough retained their championship in the 26th Annual Laguna Regatta held over the weekend. The A fleet of experienced sailors consisted of 4 teams from Japan and 3 teams from Saipan. The B fleet consisted of 4 teams from Saipan.
