Four major Guam groups call for federalization delay

Four major business and tourism groups in Guam have called for a 180-day delay in the start of transition to federal immigration system in the CNMI and to include Chinese and Russian tourists in the Guam-CNMI visa waiver program, until additional security measures are put in place.
