Rifu found liable to pay $85,083 to 56 workers

The Department of Labor has found the defunct Rifu Apparel liable to pay wages to 56 of its alien workers plus medical expenses to four of those employees, for a total of $85,083.89.

Sen. Jude U. Hofschneider yesterday said the Department of Public Lands and Neo Gold Wings Paradise have finally agreed on the conditions of a land lease deal involving 300 hectares of public land on Tinian for a casino/resort project worth $200 million to $500 million.

8 school teams facing off in mock trial competition
