Kilili bill requires 60 percent local hire for federal projects

WASHINGTON, D.C.—CNMI Delegate Gregorio Kilili C. Sablan introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives yesterday a bill that would require that 60 percent of workers on any federally funded construction project in the Northern Marianas be U.S. workers.
