Bank of Guam celebrated yesterday the relocation of its San Antonio branch to Chalan Piao, allowing the “People’s Bank” to better serve its clients from the southern portion of the island.

US Senate to take up submerged lands bill ‘soon’

Delegate Gregorio Kilili Sablan (Ind-MP) said his bill conveying 3 miles of submerged lands to the CNMI will “soon” be taken up by the U.S. Senate, seven months since the U.S. House of Representatives passed it by a unanimous vote.

Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws takes center stage this month

On May 31, 2012, Lt. Gov. Eloy S. Inos signed a proclamation declaring the month of June as Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Awareness Month. This event was backed by many government agencies and community stakeholders who were present to support the effort.
