$5 in change among those stolen at Judy’s Restaurant & Cafe
Early yesterday morning, Judy’s Restaurant & Café in As Lito became the latest victim of a burglary and theft incident.
According to the Department of Public Safety, when employees arrived at the café around 6:50am, they were met with a scene of disarray with cabinet doors left wide open and the cash register rifled through.
According to DPS, the items stolen included two Samsung tablets, a mere $5 worth of assorted coins, and a cooler filled with assorted drinks. No other items were reported missing.
The Criminal Investigation Bureau is actively seeking assistance from the public to bring those responsible to justice, and as always encourages anyone with information to come forward.
