Volcanoes and earthquake

I enjoy checking your website every once in a while. Saipan is a wonderful doorway to the chain of volcanoes that stretch all the way to Japan. I would appreciate hearing about reports from people who visit these and find some volcanic or earthquake activity, or of reports from pilots or fishermen about eruptions from underwater volcanoes. I last visited Saipan in the late 1980s but was on your sister island, Chichijima just two years ago. I was amazed to learn that there was no transportation from Saipan to Chichijima!
