I would like to take this opportunity to commend Dr. Wren and the staff of CHC for the excellent care they gave my wife during her recent surgery. Any surgery is cause for concern and to be far away from home and family adds to the apprehension. All this was mediated by the care given by hospital employees.

From the employees in the admitting office to the staff of the operating room and the nurses and employees on the surgical ward (C Ward), all were most professional and caring. It was so refreshing to actually encounter people that really believe in providing customer (or in this case patient) service. I realize with all the bad publicity in the U. S. mainland (i.e. 20/20) a bad impression is given of the CNMI. I can certainly assure anyone that customer service is a thing of the past in the mainland.

The CNMI citizens can certainly be proud of the health care provided at CHC for their patients at a very economical cost. The CNMI needs to offer no apology to anyone for health care if our experience is indicative of the total care given by CHC.
