CNMI Lotto Superdraw on Friday

The CNMI Lottery superdraw jackpot for Friday, Dec. 31, 1999 is $13.3 million U.S. dollars, while total prize pool is over $ 23 million dollars.

Normally superdraws are held on Saturdays but due to the new millennium celebration, the CNMI Lottery has moved the superdraw a day earlier in anticipation of potential problems arising from the Y2K computer glitches.

Due to the change of the draw date, the CNMI Lottery has changed their hours of operation this week to accommodate everyone who would like to purchase tickets for Friday night’s superdraw.

Tickets can be purchased for 50 cents each inside the Joeten Department Store in Susupe during the following hours:

Thurs., Dec. 30, 1999 – 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Fri., Dec. 31, 1999 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The actual drawing will take place on Friday Dec. 31, 1999 at 8:40 p.m. in Melbourne, Australia and results will be available by 9:30 p.m.
