Good response from the community

It was nice to have read a letter from Ms. Unknown, a friend not so far away. The content of the letter has opened the hearts of the people living with and without HIV/AIDS. Everyone is concerned about prevention and I would agree that we should talk about it. The more we talk about HIV/AIDS, the more we learn a great deal about it. As a result, I was able to read some of the feedback from many teen students from various schools concerning HIV and I am very surprised to know that these teens have big hearts and I commend them for sharing their true feelings toward HIV/AIDS.

I had the opportunity to ask my friend how is it like to be HIV/AIDS infected? Although the response left me with a great sense of loneliness and my heart broken into bits and pieces, I am so happy that finally, the silence was ended that the fear of rejection is over. The reactions from people all over Micronesia have proven that no matter who we are, we learn to love others in a special way.
