Len’s 70, Ol’Aces 60
Len’s defeated Ol’Aces 70-60 in the first game Monday night at the Ada Gym, with Mark Rozic pouring in 17 points, 19 rebounds, five assists and two steals. George Poquiz helped out with 12 points, seven assists, five rebounds, and two steals.
Randy Pelisamen was the leading scorer for Ol’Aces with 14 points, three rebounds and four steals. Dave Sablan had 13 points, two assists, five rebounds, and two steals in a losing cause.
Brothers 87, Sunrisers 73
Brothers defeated Sunrisers 87-73 in the second game Monday night at the Ada Gym. Brothers is one game away from the Pennant Championship if they win their next game against Diamond Auto Care. Ed Diaz pumped in 28 points, three assists, one block shot, 10 rebounds, two steals. Jeff Diaz also had a good game with 19 points, two assists, and four steals.
George Masga was the leading scorer for the Sunrisers with 31 points, one assist, seven rebounds, and three steals. Jawn Joyner contributed 12 points, two assists, three block shots, eight rebounds and six steals in a losing cause.
