Bank of Saipan announces the promotion of Bertha DLC. Manahane as bookkeeping clerk effective Jan. 24, 2000. Presently residing in Kanat Tabla, Ms. Manahane is happily married to Jose S. Manahane with eight children. She moved back from Arizona in November 1997 and started working for Bank of Saipan in August 1999.
