Black History Month celebration at Hopwood

Hopwood Junior High hosts today the Black History Month celebration which starts at 9:00 a.m.

Among the topics to be discussed are the “black experience” and the history of black music. Runnelle Gillian from Washington D.C. will also speak about self esteem and perseverance.
